Delivery and Returns

Please note, for international shipping custom charges may apply, which will have to be covered by the customer. 

Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns if they are unopened and unused within 14 days. To initiate the return procedure, please email NZONGO OFFICIAL@gmail.com. We do offer exchanges in the odd event that your item is damaged in transit. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first notify us of the damage by emailing NZONGO OFFICIAL@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. The damaged item must then be returned to us. If a replacement is available, we will mail it out as soon as possible after receiving the damaged item, and we will also refund your return shipping costs. We will refund the entire purchase price of the damaged item if a replacement is not available.
